Streetlights

The Board of Directors would like to pursue adding additional streetlights in the community, where lighting has been recommended by a lighting survey.  Please contact our property manager, Sallie Foster for more information. 
*Harford County requires 75% of the homes effected by the new light to agree to have the additional lightning installed.

Fios is being installed

Verizon is installing Fios in the neighborhood.
Currently Ms. Utility is marking the neighborhood for underground utilities.  It is our understanding that they will not be digging up the new street that were just installed last fall.
