Neighborhood Watch Meeting to be rescheduled

The Neighborhood Watch Meeting scheduled for this Thursday 9/11/08 at
St. Matthews Church is being cancelled and will be re-scheduled at a
later date to be determined. There were simply too many scheduling
conflicts to assure a reasonable attendance and the decision has been
made to attempt to re-schedule the meeting at a later date.

Trenton Properties will be sending out a flyer this afternoon informing
everyone in the community that the Neighborhood Watch meeting is being
cancelled. I wanted to get the word out to everyone on our e-mail list
as soon as possible.

Please pass this onto your neighbors.

Neighborhood Watch Meeting Sept 11

Join you neighbors and the county sheriff at St. Mathew Church on Route 22 at 7pm Thursday, September 11th for a Neighborhood Watch Meeting.

WHO INVITED HANNA???

For the first time our block party is getting rained out. We will have it
tomorrow Sunday September 7th starting at 1PM. Set up will be at 11:30AM.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but we all know you can’t mess with Mother
Nature. Hope to see everyone sometime tomorrow.

Please pass this on to all the neighbors and enjoy your rainy day.

Road Work

You may have noticed the start of some road work in the Tudor Manor neighborhood. This is great news! Since the roads were nearing 20 years old and have been subject to many spot repairs and patches, the Homeowners Association requested the county to consider resurfacing. After months on the docket, the county agreed to move ahead with full resurfacing of the Tudor Manor community as reported in the June 27th issue of the Aegis.

The road work began on July 30th. In addition to resurfacing the roads, the county will also be completing curb repairs. (Please note that any sidewalk repairs are the responsibility of the individual homeowner.) As with any road project like this, there may be brief inconveniences related to on-street parking or driveway access and your patience is appreciated.
